An Eternity Medicine Institute (EMI) is a patient centered, concierge-styled, integral health approach to Age Management.
This
retainer-based program typically
achieves far better patient outcomes and more closely meets the needs
of our aging-boomer population. At the same time it generates
significantly more net income for the physicians while providing a much
improved quality of life.
The primary physicians no longer serves
as a simple “gate keeper” for patient referrals to medical specialists
but, as an EMI physician, becomes a true Age Management specialist able
to address the majority of chronic disease that now affect us. As more
than 80% of this chronic disease is due to “inflam-aging” of the
endothelium of blood vessels. EMI's core competency is the diagnosis
and reversal of this vascular disease.
Physicians may wish to convert their entire practice to 500 cash paying
clients or leave their practice as is and simply do 50 – 100 Age
Management clients to test the water. (EMI – Hybrid)
An EMI can also add one or more of 5 specialized programs.
The cost of all the equipment is less than 75,000 dollars (this is due to EMI Corporate having large volume discounts with all its vendors) and the
Institute can be arranged in less than 1,500 square feet.
Physicians receive
an exclusive territory as past of the agreement.
Physician Training:
All licensed EMI health professionals need to complete EMI's training
program. This program consists of three parts and provides 60 hours of
CME – the majority of the training is done on-line.
Part One: Home Study (15 hours)
A minimum of 8 books (each book complements one of the eight INTEGRAL
modules) A 100 multiple choice on-line questions needs to be completed.
Part Two: Clinical Training (35 Hours)
EMI provides manuals and DVD's that need to be
reviewed to help demonstrate the clinical approach to wellness and age-management medicine. A 200 multiple choice question is done on-line.
Part Three: Oral Exam (10 Hours)
Three to five case histories will be presented online via a telemedicine exam.
A business development module is also provided to each health professional.
