Dr. Graham Simpson – Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Graham D. Simpson is board certified in internal and emergency
medicine. He has completed Physician Training & Certification in
Age-Management Medicine. Dr. Simpson earned a bachelor of medicine and
surgery degree from the University of Witwaterstrand in Johannesburg,
South Africa in 1975 and completed his internship in internal medicine
and obstetrics/gynecology at Baragwanath Hospital the following year. In
1977, Dr. Simpson completed his pediatrics residency at the Berkshire
Medical Center in Berkshire, Maine and completed an emergency medicine
residency in 1981 and an internal medicine residency in 1983, both at
University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Simpson spent the
following decade in private practice (internal medicine) in Reno, and
then practiced emergency medicine at the Northern Nevada Medical Center
for the next five years. In 1999, he moved to Anguilla, British West
Indies, where he had a private practice specializing in internal and
Age-Management medicine. He moved back to Reno in 2002 to establish the
Ageless Zone Medical Spa and St. Mary’s Executive Wellness
Center. In 2007 he joined Cenegenics as an Institute Physician of
their Age-Management practice. Dr. Simpson is a well-known lecturer,
consultant and author; some of his books include: The Wellness Game,
Eternity Medicine: Remembering the Future, Spa Medicine (with Dr.
Stephen Sinatra) and Wellman. Dr. Simpson is currently a consultant to Cenegenics and CEO of Eternity Medicine Institute.
J. Kale Flagg, Chief Operating Officer
After earning a degree in Economics and Political Science from Yale
University (1989), Flagg spent early formative years in the financial
markets of Wall Street followed by over a decade spent creating and
conducting sales and business development seminars across the U.S. As
National Marketing Director, he helped drive his first start-up direct
sales company to the #1 position on the Inc. 500 via sales of $200
million per year by their 5th year of business. As Founder and CEO, his
second start-up reached $65 million per year by its third year in
business, with executive duties being in addition to the oversight and
motivation of over 30,000 independent business owners in fifty states.
Since 2002, Mr. Flagg has been developing real estate, combining
management, sales, finance and operational expertise to bring profits
to the bottom line. As Chief Operating Officer of Stable Development,
Flagg has overseen the development and leasing of approximately 300,000
square feet of surgery center, medical office and office space. Born
and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Kale is married with four children.
Mike Harman, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Harman is a CPA and partner with the firm L.L. Bradford and
Company, a Certified Public Accounting and Consulting firm based in Las
Vegas, Nevada since 1997. His primary focus is business consulting,
including performing outsourced Chief Financial Officer services and
special projects such as assistance with mergers and acquisitions,
preparation of SEC filings for public companies. Additionally, he holds
a Series 27 NASD license with which he served as Financial Operations
Principal for a Las Vegas Broker Dealer. In his auditing role, he
performs the quality control partner function for public company audit
engagements on public companies traded on various markets.
Ira Levine, Chief Legal Counsel
Ira Levine J.D. is a partner in the prestigious law firm of Levine,
Garfinkel & Katz. Ira’s expertise is Health Care and Corporate law,
Mergers and Acquisitions, Taxation, Real Property and Gaming Law. Ira
graduated from Pepperdine University, J.D., magna cum laude, 1985; New
York University, LL.M., Taxation, 1986, University of Nevada, Reno,
B.S., Accounting 1982.

Dr. Ichak Adizes
Dr. Ichak Adizes is one of the leading management experts in the world.
For his contribution to management theory and practice, he has been
awarded ten honorary doctorates, two honorary citizenships, and the
honorary rank of Major in the military, was elected a Fellow of the
International Academy of Management and was appointed Honorary
Scientific Advisor to IBS - Academy of Economics of the Russian
Federation. Dr. Adizes served as tenured faculty at UCLA, a Visiting
Professor at Stanford and on the teaching staff of Columbia University.
Today, he is the Founder and President of the Adizes Institute, an
international consulting company, which applies the methodology for
managing accelerated change for exceptional results that bears his
name. Dr. Adizes has consulted to Prime Ministers and members of the
cabinet in different countries, to Fortune one hundred companies; and
has lectured to over one hundred thousand executives in fifty-two
countries; and has published eleven books, some of them translated into
twenty-six languages. Dr. Adizes lectures in four languages, and
resides in Santa Barbara, California.
Dion Friedland
Dion R. Friedland, founder and chairman of the Magnum Group of funds
that allocate assets to hedge funds and other investment vehicles was
the founding president of the Hedge Fund Association. Mr. Friedland has
been a frequent speaker at hedge fund and financial conferences and has
been interviewed on CNN, CNBC (Big Interview of the Day) and on
national television in Japan. Mr. Friedland started Rave Discount
Stores, which went public via a reverse merger in 1968; he started Dion
Discount Stores in 1970 (and it became the dominant hard goods retailer
in South Africa before he sold it in 1985). In 1978, he funded Mandev
International, which under his stewardship became the world’s largest
retail sales training consulting company. Other business interests
include eleven motor dealerships around London, one of the leading
resort hotels in the world (Cap Juluca in Anguilla, BWI), an art
distribution business which supplies fine art to dealers globally and a
water business in Africa using ECA technology and an International
distribution business for fuel additives that reduce fuel consumption
and CO2 emissions.
Peter Taunton
In 2003, Peter established Snap Fitness, a franchisor of compact,
state-of-the-art workout facilities offering customers no contracts,
24/7 access and low monthly rates. Since opening its first location in
April 2004, Snap Fitness has quickly established itself as the fastest
growing fitness franchise in North America. Today, with over 2,000
locations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and India, the company was
recently ranked #1 Best in Category for fitness franchises and the #5
Fastest-Growing Franchises in North America by Entrepreneur magazine in
their annual Franchise 500 listings. With plans for additional overseas
expansion in Australia and New Zealand along with a continued steady
growth domestically, Peter has revolutionized the fitness industry.
Anthony “Tony” Thompson
Chairman and CEO of Thompson National Properties, a company that
provides added real estate opportunities and asset management to high
net worth domestic, foreign and institutional investors. Tony funded
Triple Net Properties, LLC in 1998 and was its Chairman and CEO until
October 2006 when he was named Chairman of the Board for NNN Realty
Advisors. In December of 2007 NNN Realty Advisors merged with Grubb
& Ellis, a NYSE company, and Mr. Thompson was named Chairman of the
combined entity. Mr. Thompson grew NNN from four employees to over 6000
and grew equity under management to nearly $3 billion with the Grubb
& Ellis merger. Mr. Thompson is Chairman of the Sterling College
Board of Trustees and various other community and charitable
organizations. He is a 1969 graduate of Sterling College with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Mr. Thompson has held a Series
1 license with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. since
1969.
